Banner Advertising

Company banner ads on the CiDA website. Provide your ad and hyperlink. CiDA provide analytics on clicks - redirects. Companies may choose multiple ads.

Includes two eBlasts: $1X

1. eBlast sent one week before a specific CiDA session.

Meet and Greet for Attendees

Could even be done BEFORE the PodCase - like when everyone gets a snack and schmoozes before the meeting begins.  We can control this, and end it as the "general session" begins.  Attendees can swap contact info if they want to continue conversations afterwards.

Post-session "Exhibit Booth Zoom"  

Allows attendees to Zoom to company site after the 1-hour PodCase wraps up, to see live demonstration of company's product and/or hear presentation of KOL. Attendees will sign up in advance and we will send link, and also allow "registration" for session on our website. Company will pay for any production costs and fee of $3X.

 

Two opportunities

1. Company supports post-PodCase "attendee" meet and greet.  Based upon attendee preference and consent to be listed, sub-Zoom format where multiple attendees can meet.  They can "request" meeting with friends and colleagues who are online.  $2X  (would be like a grant, but company banner w hyperlink, and support of event,will be noted)

2. Company supports post-PodCase "attendee - faculty" meet and greet.  Faculty remain online for up to 30 minutes and can be reached by anyone who has registered.  $2X   (would be like a grant, but company banner w hyperlink, and support of event,will be noted)

    Company supports faculty panelist to present data during the PodCase (5 minutes).  $3X
